| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是和谐社会的重要组成部分.加强农村文化艺术建设既是建设社会主义新农村的客观要求,也是加快我国改革开放和现代化建设进程的迫切需要.加强社会主义新农村和谐文化建设,必须有一个保证其高效推进的运行机制.努力完善农村社会主义文化艺术建设运行机制,更好地满足广大群众求知、求美、求乐的需求,充分发挥文化艺术对构建农村和谐文化的作用,推进社会文化事业发展.
