| 摘 要： | 面对经济危机后世界经济格局新变化,中国经济结构必须从投资拉动型和出口拉动型向国内消费拉动型经济增长模式转型,在关注国内比较优势动态变化的基础上,利用宽松的财政政策对国内产业升级、产业结构升级、个人可支配收入、投资结构和出口结构进行调整。

| Abstract: | With new changes of the global economic situation in the post-financial-crisis era,China shall,following the principal of comparative advantage,adjust its growth pattern from the investment-and-export-oriented model to the domestic-consumption-oriented one,which means the adjustment in the areas of industrial upgrading,individual disposable income,investment structure and export structure on the basis of Guangdong's dynamic comparative advantage. |
