高等教育中教学研究的常态化

摘    要:教学研究即"教研",基于教学实践又作用于教学实践,对关涉教学的问题解决、教学工作的各个环节具有全面的促进作用。它能促进教师教学水平的提高,促进教学学术品味的提升,促进教学内容的创新、教学方法和手段的革新,促进教学评价制度的改革。因此,高校必须"常态教学研究化,教学研究常态化"。

Abstract:Teaching study is based on teaching practice and makes effects on it.It also makes a comprehensive positive role on solving teaching problems in every stage of teaching.It can promote the academic level of teachers,make innovations in teaching contents and method,also improve the reform of teaching evaluation.Universities should obey the rule that make the common teaching a study,and make the study of teaching normalization.
