| 摘 要： | 以能力为主线,以应用型为主,辅之以复合型、外向型和创新型的人才培养模式是宁波大红鹰学院在应用型本科人才培养过程中提出的一种新思路。在该模式下,科学合理的实践教学体系是实现应用型专业人才培养目标的关键。文章结合物流管理专业探讨了实践教学体系构建的基本思路以及具体实施方法,并且提出了保证实践教学质量的主要措施。
