| 摘 要： | 用定量的方法对海上船舶碰撞类事故进行责任划分,运用模糊综合评价方法实施这一定量过程。考虑到碰撞事故责任划分的复杂性、综合性,采用层次分析法确定各指标体系的权重,通过对碰撞事故中两船动作行为的量化分析,得出责任划分的具体结果。从而弥补以往船舶碰撞事故责任划分从定性评价到定量评价的不足。

| Abstract: | The paper is trying to use quantitative assessment method to determine ship's responsibilities for ship collision, which is carried into execution by the application of fuzzy integrate evaluation method. Considering the complexity and synthesis of ship collided accident, in this paper, safety factor's weighted coefficient (the influencing coefficient) is directed by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Then we apply the fuzzy integrate evaluation to give a comprehensive judgement of ship's responsibilities for ship collision. This method is to remedy the insufficiency of determining ship's responsibilities for ship collision through analyzsis by determining the nature of quantitative assessment. |
