| 摘 要： | 采用规范研究等研究方法 ,对中国社会转型期竞技体育实施资源优化配置的必要性进行了分析探讨。笔者认为 ,“举国体制”的实质是“实现竞技体育资源的优化配置”。我国以“奥运争光”为目标的举国体制 ,要求政府灵活高效地利用计划与市场两种手段 ,合理有效地配置体育资源 ,充分发挥体育资源的最佳效益。资源优化配置是社会转型期中国竞技体育面临的必然选择
