| Abstract: | Deng Xiao - ping criticized "Two Whatevers" bravely and supported the discussion on the criterion of truth. This helped the establishment of the ideological basis for the rise of rural reform in Anhui. The resumption of Deng Xiao- ping's leadership and the Party's route of bringing order out of chaos provided organizational guarantee for the reform. His down - to - earth style of work - "No Dispute" and "Brave Trials" provided methodological guidelines for the rural reform in Anhui. |
