| 摘 要： | 深刻理解"大大连"建设的内涵与理论依据是实现战略目标的关键。本文从"大大连"的内涵与理论依据、振兴大连装备制造业中所面临的问题和对策、如何把大连建成"东北亚重要的国际航运中心"、完善大连市社会保障体系的建设和建设服务型政府的思路等方面出发,对"大大连"建设理论研究中的缺憾,对选择那些研究题目更有意义进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | To understand the connotation and theoretical basis of the construction of "Big Dalian" deeply is the key to the realization of the strategic goal. This article thus discusses the defects existing in the theoretical research on the construction of "Big Dalian" and the selection of the meaningful research subjects from the sides of the connotation and theoretical basis of the construction of "Big Dalian", the problems facing with the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Dalian and their solutions, the way to establish Dalian into an important international shipping center,the perfection of the construction of Dalian social security system and the idea of making of it into a service-type government. |
