| 摘 要： | 开放办学是各级各类学校的共同选择，做为地方性高等学校要走好开放办学之路，必须要有开放的眼光、宽广的胸怀、包容的态度和服务于地方经济文化建设的自觉性。同时，还必须以务实的精神为基础、以严格的规章制度为保障。
