粤港澳大湾区职业教育比较分析

摘    要:通过分析广东省珠三角核心区九市职业教育、香港地区职业教育、澳门地区职业教育发展现状,比较三地职业教育内部发展体系、人才培养机制、发展动力机制、国际化发展四个方面内容,得出粤港澳三地职业教育需要在政府层面、高职院校主管部门层面给予政策支持,加强交流与合作,企业深度参与职业教育人才培养,把特色优质课程资源、技术与服务标准引入专业课程教学中,打造职业教育品牌,实现粤港澳三地职业教育协同发展。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the development status of vocational education in the nine cities of the Guangdong Province,Hong Kong and Macao,compares the internal development system,talent training mechanism,development motivation mechanism and international development of vocational education in the three regions.The article concludes that the government should give policy support,higher vocational colleges strengthen exchanges and cooperation,the enterprises participate in vocational education talent cultivation.higher vocational colleges build the features of high quality resources,technology and service standards into the professional course teaching,achieve the coordinated development of vocational education in Greater Bay Zone of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao.
