| 摘 要： | 新疆高校科学技术研究工作存在的主要问题是科技创新缺乏系统性、层次性、动态性。这些年来高校始终积极推进科技创新，但受到诸多因素的限制，科技创新的整体水平差强人意。由于科技创新制约着高校的科技活动的有效开展以及区域创新体系建设，所以提高科技创新能力极为重要，还需要我们不断的探索与研究。

| Abstract: | The key problem of the science technique research work existence of XinJiang Universities is that science and technology innovation lack the system, hierarchical quality, dynamic state.The Colleges actively pushes science and technology innovation, owing to many factors, the whole creative level of science and technology is not satisfying.The science and technology innovation restrict the science and technology activity of the Universities and creative system construction in districts effectively, so enhance creative ability extremely important, we still need the continuous quest and researches. |
