| 摘 要： | 为了全面提高我国雪上项目裁判员的整体业务水平，更好地为2009年哈尔滨第24届世界大学生冬季运动会雪上项目的裁判工作服务好，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法，对第11届全国冬季运动会雪上项目裁判员队伍现状进行研究，结果表明：我国雪上项目裁判员年龄结构逐步趋于合理，老龄化问题得到改善；裁判员学历层次明显提高；裁判员执裁年限集中在10年以上；目前我国雪上项目裁判员业务水平有待提高。建议加强裁判员综合素质的修养和对裁判员的科学管理。

| Abstract: | For roundly advancing the referees' professional level of Chinese snow events in order to better work in 24th world university winter games, the article has an investigation on their current status in 11th Chinese winter games with the methods of documentary information, questionnaire, consultion and statistics. The result shows that their age structure step well, their aging phenomenon is catabatic, their level of school title is obviously enhanced, their fixed number of judgment year averages over 10 year, their professional level is under development. It suggests to improve the referees' general quality and to has a scientifical management of them. |
