| 摘 要： | 刘秀是历史上颇有建树的封建帝王。他的一生事业，始于参加西汉末反王莽的农民起义，立下大功；继而消除割据，统一全国；君临天下后，不骄不怠，将巩固统治的基础建立在与民休息，让人民安居乐业上面，成就中兴大业。他顺应了历史发展潮流，是时代的佼佼者，是地主阶级杰出的政治家。

| Abstract: | Liu Xiu is a feudal emperor with a great contribution in history. His life-long career began in participating in the peasant uprising led by Wang Mang in the last years of the Western Han dynasty when he made great contributions. He then unified the whole country. After becoming emperor, he kept himself free from conceit and indolence and based the consolidation of his rule on his sharing weal and woe with the people and letting the people live in peace and plenty. Keeping up with the march of events, he became an outstanding person of his time and a great statesman of the landlord class. |
