| 摘 要： | 企业亲和力是指以员工对企业共同理想的认同为基础,在实现企业价值目标过程中结成的坚定信念的粘合力,团结一致的向心力,凝聚智慧的聚合力,是企业发展的强大推动力。在构建和谐企业的进程中,增强企业亲和力,促进和谐企业的健康发展,具有重要的现实意义。本文论述了企业思想政治工作与培育企业亲和力的关系,从培育企业亲和力入手提出了促进和谐企业建设的三条途径。

| Abstract: | Enterprise affinity refers to the staff identify with enterprise common ideal and come into being the adhesive force with the firm faith,unified centripetal force,condensed wisdom aggregation force in the process of realizing the goal of enterprise value,which is the driving force for the development of enterprise.In the process of constructing the harmonious enterprise,the enhancement of enterprise affinity,and promoting the healthy development of the harmonious enterprise,has the important practical significance.This paper discusses the relationship between the enterprise ideological and political work and the cultivation of enterprise affinity.Starting from the cultivation of enterprise affinity,three ways are proposed to promote the construction of harmonious enterprise. |
