| 摘 要： | 发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。法治从来就是政治文明的重要内涵,依法执政是法治的必然要求,是建设社会主义政治文明的必然要求。现代政治文明的关键是政党政治文明,政党政治文明的重要标志是执政党依法执政。坚持依法执政是社会主义政治文明的重要体现。因此,要建设社会主义政治文明,就必须坚持依法执政。

| Abstract: | Developing socialist democracy and establishing a socialist political civilization are an important goal for building a well-off society in an all-round way. Rule by law is an important intension of political civilization at all time. Exercising state power according to law is the inevitable demand of rule by law and establishing a socialist political civilization. The key to modern political civilization is the party political civilization, and an important sign of the party political civilization is that the party in power exercises state power according to law. Persisting in exercising state power according to law is an important sign of a socialist political civilization. If we want to establish a socialist political civilization, we should persist in exercising state power according to law. |
