| Abstract: | By researching the principles and methods of the technical training of female teenager basketball players,this paper finds out the easily-made mistakes in the training process,and proposes that we should be strict to the trainees in cultivating their ability of observing and judging the right timing of grabbing so as to improve the teenager players' grabbing technique. |
