| 摘 要： | 大学生思想政治工作关系中华民族的整体素质,关系国家前途和民族命运.抓好大学生思想政治工作是学校坚持社会主义办学方向、培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的根本任务.在新的历史时期,加强和改进大学生思想政治工作应注意处理观念一元化与多元化、民族文化与西方文化,整体规划与分层实施,教育方法内化与外化等因素之间的辨证关系.
