山东半岛地区档案库房空气微生物调查研究

摘    要:由于档案库房空气中微生物受地理位置、气候等外在环境条件等的影响,不同地区档案库房空气的微生物种类存在较大差异。本研究通过自然沉降法采集了山东省半岛地区3个档案库房空气微生物样本,计算出该地区库房空气细菌和真菌浓度,并与相关标准进行了比较,发现:细菌浓度基本在正常范围之内,但真菌污染严重,提示该地区需加强对档案库房真菌的防控,以减少对档案实体和档案工作人员的危害。

Abstract:Because the air microorganisms in the archives warehouses are affected by external environmental conditions such as geographical location and climate, there are large differences in the types of microorganisms in archives warehouses in different regions. In this study, the air microbial samples from three archives warehouses in the peninsula area of Shandong Province were collected by natural sedimentation method, and the airborne bacteria and fungi concentrations in the warehouses were calculated and compared with relevant standards. The results showed that the bacterial concentration was almost within the normal range, but the fungal contamination was serious. We suggest that this area needs to strengthen the prevention and control of the funnel in the archives warehouses to reduce the harm to the archives and archives staff.
