| 摘 要： | 以开滦技师学院为例，阐述了原有考核过于简单、起不到应有作用的弊端，提出了开滦技师学院量化考核的原则和量化考核的指标，并对考核指标的评分方法进行了分析和举例。最后介绍了实行量化考核的积极作用。
