| 摘 要： | 党的十八大指明了我国经济社会发展的前进方向。加快形成新的经济发展方式,努力建设质量强国,是我国实现科学发展和全面建成小康社会的战略选择。江西面临着与全国同步建成小康社会的历史性任务,应秉持科学的质量发展理念,坚持以质量进步为着力点,走质量强省之路,重点建设好质量发展的目标体系、技术保证体系和工作体系,实现江西质量振兴大计,为构建"龙头昂起、两翼齐飞、苏区振兴、绿色崛起"区域发展格局提供坚强的质量保障。

| Abstract: | The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the advancing orientation of our national economic-social development.It's the strategic choice for realizing the scientific development and completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects to form the new developing styles of economy and society and to strive for developing a strong quality in China.Facing the historical task of keeping pace with the national completing the building of a moderately prosperous society,Jiangxi should adhere to the scientific viewpoints on quality development,keep the quality progress as the effort-point,take the road to develop a strong quality in the province,and lay the stress on building up the target system of quality development,the guarantee system of technology and the working system so as to realize the program of quality progress in the province.The solid quality guarantee should be given to the pattern of regional development for the "Raising Nanchang as the head,Both wings-flying,Prosperity in the Soviet areas and Green rise of all the province ". |
