| 摘 要： | 应用型人才就是"能上手、上手快、有发展后劲"的人才,培养应用型人才是地方高校生存与发展的战略选择。地方本科院校培养应用型人才应以对接地方产业优化专业结构为前提、以探索灵活多样的人才培养模式为关键、以课程体系和教学内容改革为核心、以实践教学体系的构建和完善为着力点、以教学方法改革为突破口、以质量监控体系的完善为保障。
