| 摘 要： | 文章主要是通过对我国出口企业经营策略的分析，揭示出我国出口企业在经营策略方面存在趋同的弊端。尽管我国劳动力、能源及原材料的价格并不是世界上最低的，但许多出口企业却往往采取低价定位的做法。在文章中提到了低价倾销，在国际市场上的竞争手段仍以价格竞争为主。此外还提到出口市场太过集中，我国出口商品50％以上运往美国，欧盟和日本。再有就是销售渠道太过单一，除私营企业、股份合作公司和股份有限公司采取了较为多样的销售方式外，其它类型的出口企业普遍存在产品销售渠道狭窄的问题。这些种种问题给我国出口带来很大的危害，不仅导致出口市场不规范、混乱而且还会引起进口国对我国的贸易壁垒甚至会危及到产业。究其原因，主要是因为企业间的比较优势日益削弱，企业已经习惯统一的管理经营模式。对此现象我提出了两点建议：一方面政府应从政策上宏观调控，另一方面企业自身要对其经营策略进行创新。

| Abstract: | In this article the writer has opened out the tending-to-same abuse had in the managing strategy in our Chinese export enterprise through the analysis on our Chinese export enterprise tendency. Though the labor force, energy sources, the price of the raw and processed materials in our country are not the lowest in the world, many export enterprise have always adopted the way of low price orientation. In this article, dumping in a low price is mentioned. The price competition is still the competition means in the international market mainly. Besides, it is also mentioned that the export market is too concentrative, Over 50% of Our products are exported to America, Europe confederation and Japan. On the other hand, marketing channel is too single, expect privately runned enterprise, joint-stock cooperative company, joint-stock limited company have adopted more than one marketing way, other kind of export enterprises have the problem that the marketing channel is too narrow. These problems have brought great harm to our export. It not only leads to our market is not canonical and disordered, but also to the harm of tile import country to our trade bulwark and our industry. Researching on the reason, most are because the comparative predominance among the enterprises is weakening day by day and the enterprise has been used to the unitive managing mode. To this kind of phenomena, I have given two pieces of advance, one is that Our government should make a macroscopical regulate and control from the policy and the second is that the enterprise self must make some innovation on the managing strategy. |
