| 摘 要： | 为提高财经类高职院校人才培养质量,就必须以行业对人才的技能水平、应用能力需求为本位,改革现有不合理的专业课程体系;必须将一个企业单位在市场竞争中所必备的各种功能及与现实企业的工作岗位需求相结合,对财经类专业课程体系重新划分,构建以能力为本位、以技能实践为主线的专业课程体系。

| Abstract: | To improve the quality of talents training of higher vocational colleges,We should reform the current unreasonable professional courses which based on the demand of talent's technical level and practical ability that it requires,combine various kinds of functions that a enterprise has in the market competition with the position requirement of the professional courses of the major of finance and economy,and establish the major courses taking ability as standard,taking technical practice as masterstroke. |
