| Abstract: | Now the reform of the Chinese higher education and development has already turned into a new important history stage,there are more and more challenges and pressures to manage and run a school.The science development conception which means human-oriented and keeping on an all-round,coordinated,sustainable development is also the concentrated embodyment of the worldview and methodology which guides the higher education development.＂Quality Engineering＂ of the Ministry of Education is a great action with respond to the scientific development conception. |
