| 摘 要： | “社会主义和谐社会”的新理念是我国社会主义建设理念的质的飞跃,预示着中国特色社会主义事业必将取得战略性推进。社会主义和谐社会的构建内在地要求司法保障,同时司法保障也是构建和谐社会的最佳保障。要实现和谐社会的司法保障,必须完善我国现行的司法制度,使之成为社会主义和谐社会真正的最佳保障。

| Abstract: | The notion of "socialist harmonious society" is fundamentally a new contribution to our socialist construction theory,which foretells that our socialist cause with Chinese characteristics will surely make a strategic progress.The construction of socialist harmonious society inherently requires judicial safeguard which in turn is the best one for the construction of the harmonious society.To realize the judicial safeguard of the harmonious society,our judicial system must be improved to qualify itself as the real best safeguard of our socialist harmonious society. |
