| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来，高校科技成果管理工作显得越来越重要。本文分析和归纳了目前高校科技成果管理中存在的一些问题，进而提出了新时期高校科技成果管理工作的创新举措，重点应从管理理念、管理手段、管理体制、评价体制和提高管理人员素质等方面探索创新发展。同时，要做好科技成果管理工作还必须制定一套完善的奖励机制。

| Abstract: | With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, it is obvious for management work of science and technology achievements to become more and more important. In this paper, some problems are put forward about management of science and technology achievements. In new period, innovation acts will be given and performed from management ideas, management means, management systems, evaluation systems and the improvement of management persons＇ diathesis. At the same time, the perfect encouragement system must be drawn in order to make management work of science and technology achievements better. |
