| 摘 要： | 社会主义核心价值观的进一步概括提炼，对于提高人民群众社会主义意识形态的认同感、增强凝聚力以及提升我国文化软实力等，具有十分重要的意义。社会主义核心价值观的提炼应遵循普遍性、民族性、崇高性和简明性的啄则，可将其概括为民主、公正、人本、和谐。从社会主义核心价值观的功能出发，其传输的对象和内容既要面向本民族，还要面向全人类；从核心价值观形成过程的特点出发，其传输过程要遵循理想信念的形成规律。

| Abstract: | Socialist core values are the core conceptions of socialist ideology. The refinement of the socialist core values is of vital significance for raising people＇s identification and cohesion of the socialist ideology and uplifting the soft power of Chinese culture. The refinement should abide by the principles of generality, nationality, sublimity and simplicity, which can be summarized as democracy, justice, human-oriented and harmony. In view of the functions of the values, the objects and contents of the socialist core values should cover not only the Chinese people but the mankind as well. In light of the formation characteristics, the transmission of the socialist core values should adhere to the laws of ideological formation. |
