| 摘 要： | 根据生命周期理论将企业发展分为创业阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段和衰退阶段四个阶段。危机也可分为危机潜伏期、危机征兆期、危机发生期、危机总结期和危机恢复期五个阶段。不同阶段的企业在不同的危机阶段会有不同的注意重点。抓住这些注意重点,可以使企业危机管理更加有效。

| Abstract: | This paper divides the development of enterprise into startup stage, growth stage, maturity stage and decline stage, and divides the growth of crisis into incubative stage, prodromal stage, breakout stage, summary stage and resolution stage based on lifecycle theory The enterprises at the different stages have different emphases at the different stages of the growth of crisis The enterprise crisis management will be more efficient if paying more attention to these emphases |
