| 摘 要： | 创建高职教育特色，培养学生就业优势，是高职教育的核心所在，也是业界人士正在积极探索和实践的课题。论述了高职教育特色的几个构建要素，阐明了高职教育要彻底转变教育教学观念，准确定位高职教育发展目标。提出了高职教育要树立立德树人和培养学生终身学习的理念，积极创建开放性和职业性教育模式等改革创新思路。实现强化学生技术应用能力的培养和综合素质的提高，真正构建出高职教育特色的目标。
