| 摘 要： | 在介绍国内、外较有代表性的几种关于高等教育信息素质评价标准的基础上,提出高等教育信息素质评价标准可根据接受过高等教育的人群中对信息利用的目的和能力不同分层次划分,并提出了信息素质划分的依据和四个层次:基本信息素质、研究型信息素质、专业型信息素质、教育型信息素质,针对每一层次给出各自的定义、特点和评价标准。
