美国西弗吉尼亚大学体育专业教师绩效评价研究及其启示

摘    要:高等院校体育教师的绩效评价,是高校教师考核的重要组成部分。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对美国西弗吉尼亚大学体育专业教师绩效评价的主体、程序、内容和结果处理形式进行了细致剖析,并从我国体育教师绩效评价的现实出发,获得了一些启示。

Abstract:PE teachers performance evaluation is an important part of the assessment to universities.Using literature data,logical analysis and other research methods,analysis carefully of the American West Virginia University Physical Education Teacher Performance Evaluation which inculd the main body,procedures, content and results of treatment in the form.And from the reality of PE teachers performance evaluation in our country,we get some inspiration.
