| 摘 要： | 运用座谈法、实地考察法和问卷调查法，就当前全国青少年足球开展现状以及开展中存在的对青少年足球的认识、环境、体制机制、场地和经费、校园足球、训练体系、竞赛体系和基础性等方面的主要问题及原因进行了深入剖析，并提出了我国青少年足球后备人才培养的发展对策。建议：转变观念，提高对青少年足球工作重要意义的认识；加强宣传、优化改善环境；完善体制机制；加大经费投人、场地建设力度；校园足球活动方面对策；加强青少年足球的规范化训练与管理；健全竞赛体系；夯实青少年足球后备人才培养的基础。 |

| Abstract: | Using the methods of informal discussion,on-the-spot investigation,questionaire survey and statistical analysis,it made an deep analysis on main problem and cause of the present situation of the development of junior soccer in China,such as cognition of junior soccer,condition,system and machine,a field and funds,school soccer,trainning system,contest system and basis problem,etc.Moreover it brought forward some countermoves of cultivation of junior soccer reserved talents in China. |
