摘    要:对经过航天诱变的凤仙花SP3代6个实验植株与没有经过航天诱变的6个对照植株进行秋播比较.通过对凤仙花生理指标的测定,发现经诱变后的植株光合色素含量增长显著,特别是叶绿素a;可溶性糖含量显著减少.针对叶绿素a含量和可溶性糖量的负相关关系,利用灰色系统理论和统计回归分析,建立了回归模型,拟合了两者之间的函数解析式.用此关系式可以合理的预测叶绿素a和可溶性糖的含量.

Abstract:The morphological and physiological traits of 6 SPa generation autumn lmpations balsamina of space mutation were compared with those of another 6 natural plants. The measured physiological indices of the 6 space-mutation treated plants increased significantly with a particularly strong increase detected in chlorophyll A; while the content of soluble sugar decreased sharply. ()n basis of the negative correlation between chlorophyll A and the soluble sugar content, and by use of grey system theory and statistical regression analysis, a regression model was put in place and a fitted analytical expression of function was also worked out. Such a mathematical relation is of a reasonable predicting power in determining the content of chlorophyll A and soluble sugar.
