| 摘 要： | 发展城乡互助、促进内外物资交流是西南军政委员会与重庆市政府采取的恢复和发展经济的一项重要措施。解放初期，重庆水陆码头和市场秩序混乱、交通受阻，这些情况严重影响了城乡物资交流，市场一度呈现萧条停滞状态。西南军政委员会和重庆市政府采取有力措施，整顿市场和水陆码头、改造棚户区，为城乡物资交流畅通创造了条件，从而促进了解放初期当地经济的恢复与发展。

Rehabilitation of Ferry Terminal and Flow of Goods and Materials between City and Country in Chongqing： South West of Military and Political Committee as the Research Object |

| Abstract: | Develop mutual assistance between urban and rural areas, Promote the smooth flow of goods and materials between urban and rural areas, is one of the most important measure to restore and develop economy of the southwestern military and political Commission and the Chongqing Municipal Government. Ferry terminal and market disorder, traffic blocked in Chongqing the early liberation, which adversely affected the flow of goods and materials between city and country, the market once-depressed stagnant. Southwestern military and political Commission and the Chongqing Municipal Government to take strong measures to clean up ferry terminal, renovate shanty town to create conditions for smooth flow of goods and materials between city and country. Those measurers contribute the recovery and development of the local economy the early liberation. |
