| 摘 要： | 运动员是运动成绩的直接载体，运动成绩是通过运动员在比赛中的表现而体现的。运动员的状况对运动项目的发展和提高具有至关重要的作用。本通过运用献资料、问卷调查、专家调查、数理统计等方法对我国职业排球俱乐部运动员的状况以及人员流动等情况进行了调查分析。发现有运动员年龄结构不合理、收入低、受教育程度低、人员流动不畅等问题。

| Abstract: | Sportsmen are achievements carrier. The situations of sportsmen are the key for the events achieving and developing. This study which had researched the Situations and Intercourse of Sportsmen in China Professional Volleyball Club by related data, questionnaires and statistics, found that the composing of ages were not proper, the incomes and the educations of the Sportsmen were very low and the Intercourse of the Sportsmen were difficulty. |
