| Abstract: | This article summarized in the sides of the Selenium metabolism in the human body,the physical and Biochemical mechanism and function of Selenium nutrition,the toxicity of Selenium as well as the relation between VE and Selenium.It sufficiently confirmed the nutritional action of Selenium,and then revealed the effect of Selenium nutrition on the exercise ability. |
