| 摘 要： | 新时期职务犯罪呈现犯罪领域广,团伙作案多;经济领域、新领域发案多,单位集团犯罪突出;涉案金额大;“一把手”涉案多;犯罪主体、犯罪年龄呈两极化;犯罪主体文化高,犯罪方式新;犯罪嫌疑人潜逃普遍等特点。加强理论研究,加强思想教育,加强体制创新,强化监督,坚持打防并举,加强立法完善,理顺工作机制,加强国际合作是新时期预防职务犯罪工作应有之义。

| Abstract: | Features of vocational crimes in recent years are: they were committed mostly by gangs;in a larger area;in economic area;in new areas;specially department camp crimes;large amount of money involved;"the chief" involved;the position/age of the criminal is either very high/old or very low/young;the criminal has good education;ways of crimes are new;the accused often ran away and so on.In order to prevent vocational crimes,it is necessary to strengthen theory study;ideology education;system creation;supervision;insist on both destroying and preventing;strengthen legislative perfect;smooth working system and strengthen international cooperation. |
