| 摘 要： | 随着车辆监控调度系统在国民生活各个方面的深入应用,实时性,稳定性,高效性都是非常迫切的问题。本文结合GPS（全球定位系统）和GSM通信方式来传输数据,同时在GIS（地理信息系统）软件的基础上作二次开发,设计出了一种移动终端监控调度系统方案,经过系统硬件选型和软件编制,基本上实现了移动终端实时监控调度,而且系统模块性强,稳定可靠,在公交、航运、邮运中将有十分广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | With vehicle supervision system applied to national living extensively, immediacy, stability and efficiency have become urgent problems. By using GPS （Global Positioning System）and GSM to transmit data, the author has designed a mobile terminal supervision system with secondary development of GIS software. After choosing hardware and establishing software, this design realizes the immediate supervision. The system will be widely used in traffic,sbipping and postal service. |
