高职教育工学结合模式教学改革探讨

摘    要:高职教育作为高等教育的一个类型肩负着培养高技能人才的历史使命。高技能人才的培养仅靠课堂教学无法实现,单凭实际训练也难以奏效,工学结合模式是实现培养目标的有效途径。本文拟就工学结合模式下,以“课程活动观”为基础的“职业技能/工作项目(岗位)”和“综合素质”课程设置、教学内容和教学组织等进行探讨。

Abstract:As one type of higher education, higher highly skilled personnel. The training of highly skilled vocational education has a historic mission of training personnel can't be achieved only by classroom teaching, and neither can it be effective only through actual training. The Practice-Study Binding Pattern is an effective way to achieve the training goal. Based on the "Activity curriculum concept" ,this paper intends to discuss the curriculum design of "vocational skill/work project (position)" and "comprehensive quality" ,teaching content, and teaching organization within the Practice-Study Binding Pattern.
