摘    要:为深入分析长三角企业绿色创新的动力机制以及关键影响因素,以长三角地区20家先进节能环保企业为研究对象,从企业网站、媒体报道、学术期刊等收集相关二手资料,运用扎根理论的编码技术进行数据处理,研究构建节能环保企业绿色创新动力机制模型,并进一步以其中两家典型企业为例,采用案例分析法研究绿色创新影响因素的作用阶段。结果发现:(1)市场因素与环境规制是外部导向因素,创新技术与能力是内部驱动因素,利益相关者压力和资源整合与投入是强化因素,企业文化是维持因素;(2)在节能环保企业绿色创新实践的4个阶段中,模糊前端、研究与开发、生产制造、商业化运用阶段的关键影响因素分别为市场因素、创新技术与能力、资源整合与投入、利益相关者压力。基于此,提出长三角地区政府加强市场激励型和自主参与型环境规制、企业提高绿色环保意识,共同加大绿色创新投入等建议。

Qualitative Research on Green Innovation Dynamic Mechanism of Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Enterprises in Yangtze River Delta
Abstract:In order to deeply analyze the dynamic mechanism and key influencing factors of green innovation of enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta, this paper takes 20 advanced energy conservation and environmental protection enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta as the research object, collects relevant second-hand materials from enterprise websites, media reports, academic journals, etc., uses the coding technology of grounded theory to process data, studies and constructs the dynamic mechanism model of green innovation of energy conservation and environmental protection enterprises, and further takes two typical enterprises as examples, And the case analysis method is used to study the action stage of the influencing factors of green innovation. The results show that: (1) market factors and environmental regulations are external guiding factors, innovative technology and ability are internal driving factors, stakeholder pressure and resource integration and investment are strengthening factors, and corporate culture is maintaining factors; (2) In the four stages of green innovation practice of energy conservation and environmental protection enterprises, the key influencing factors in the fuzzy front end, research and development, production and manufacturing, and commercial application stages are respectively market factors, innovative technologies and capabilities, resource integration and investment, and stakeholder pressure. Based on this, this paper proposes that the government in the Yangtze River Delta should strengthen market incentive and independent participation based environmental regulation, enterprises should improve their awareness of green environmental protection, and jointly increase green innovation investment.
