| 摘 要： | 县(市)科技工作是国家科技工作的重要组成部分,也是当前我国科技管理体系中最为薄弱和基础的环节。本文主要采用实证分析的方法,从我国县(市)科技能力建设的特殊性出发,在比较不同类型地区县(市)科技能力建设现状的基础上,分析了形成东中西部科技能力差距的主要原因,提出了分类推进县(市)科技工作的相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | S&T work of counties/cities,as an important component of national S&T work,is a weak link in China's S&T management system.By empirical analysis method,considering the specific characteristics of the S&T capacity construction of counties/cities,the article analyzes the S&T capacity disparity of three regions based on construction's statue quo of the different-type regions,and proposes to advance the S&T work of counties/cities. |
