| 摘 要： | 从教师对图书馆的评价、获取信息的途径和能力、使用图书馆的目的、阅读倾向与方法等方面进行分析，总结出教师献需求的特点，列举了影响教师献需求的几个因素，指出图书馆应着力培养教师利用图书馆的意识，强化检索技能。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the teacher's appraise of library, the approach and ability of information-capturing, the aim of using library, reading method and reading tendency, and so on and sums up the characteristic of teacher's literature demand, enumerates some factor which influences teacher's demand, points out that library should foster teacher's consciousness of using library and strengthen teacher's search skill. |
