| 摘 要： | 渤海海峡跨海通道是21世纪的特大工程,建设这一工程具有必要性和迫切性。十几年的前期研究奠定了良好基础,目前已经具备了建设条件。研究认为,当前国家和地方政府应及早决策,借鉴国内外的成功经验,如国外的英法海底隧道、国内的杭州湾跨海大桥等跨海工程,加快推进该工程的研究与规划,适时启动这一特大工程的建设。 |
