| 摘 要： | 以灵芝、凤尾为实验材料；以固体原种为对照样，采用液体发酵法制备的液体原种为实验样；以菌丝体的生长势、生物量及其液体原种、固体原种制备栽培种的实验结果为评价指标，对液体发酵法制备液体原种的培养基进行了筛选．结果表明，灵芝和凤尾的菌丝体在玉米粉和黄豆粉培养基中生长情况比在马铃薯和麦粒汁培养基中的生长情况好，表现出菌丝长势旺盛、菌丝球大小均匀、生物量高的特点．并且，用玉米粉和黄豆粉培养基制备的液体原种制备栽培种也优于用马铃薯和麦粒汁培养基培养的液体原种．

| Abstract: | This essay deals with the selection of the culture-medium of liquid original seeds prepared by liquid fermenting,using Ganoderma Lucidum and Pleurotos Sajor-Caju as experimenting materials,the solid seeds as comparing samples,the liquid original seeds prepared by lquid fermenting as experimenting samples, the grouth and organist quantity of hypha and experiment results as the evaluating index of the cultivar prepared by the liquid and solid original seeds. The results show that the hypha of Linzhi and Fengwei in the culture-medium of corn powder and soybean powder grows better than it in potato and wheat juice,and resulting in the features of the hypha's better growth,the mean size of hypha coccus and the higher productivity. Further more, the liquid original seeds prepared by the culturemedium in cornpowder and soybean are better than those prepared by the culturemedium in potato and whent juice. |
