| 摘 要： | 通过分析毕业生在就业协议书签订过程中存在的问题,如签订来源不规范、"跳槽"导致签约的随意性、部分毕业生不履行就业协议的约定、协议书的填写存在漏洞等,以诚信意识缺失为切入点,结合高校诚信教育的现状分析,从加强诚信教育立法建设、丰富诚信教育内容、加强诚信校园建设等方面提出了高校诚信教育制度改革的路径思考。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the problems in graduates’signing employment agreements,such as the not-standard sources,randomness from“job-hopping”,part of graduates’failure in fulfilling the requests of their agreeements,the loophole in signing agreements and so on, taking the absence of credibility education into consideration,this paper explores the ways of reforming credibility education through strengthening the construction of law and enriching educaiton content. |
