| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴了比较优势理论这一国际贸易基本理论的精髓,旨在说明机会成本最小也是高等教育资源配置过程中应遵循的基本原则。文章阐述了我国高等教育资源配置在宏观、中观、微观层次上存在的主要问题,提出了优化高教资源配置的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The theory of comparative advantage is a primary principle in the international trade, in this article, we rely on the marrow of it so as to point out that the minimum opportunity cost is also a principle we should follow during the process of arranging the allocation of higher education resources. According to the three levels: macro, media and micro, we states the main problems that facing our Chinese higher education the allocation of resources, and present measures and suggestions to a superior arrangement of higher-education resource as a result. |
