| 摘 要： | 网络教学的推行需要大量的教学资源，而大规模推广应用层次上的网络教学需要建设大型的多媒体资源库。民族高校利用多媒体资源库进行网络教学，可以实现教师网上多媒体备课及上课、学生网上自学及网上进行模拟实验，还可进行多媒体远程教育。
