低密度聚乙烯/炭黑复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:LDPE是一种使用量较大的高分子材料,但其存在耐热性不高,硬度低,容易屈服变形等缺点,本文采用低密度聚乙烯搀杂炭黑,研究低密度聚乙烯/炭黑复合材料中炭黑不同含量对其力学性能、热学性能的影响。发现拉伸强度和耐热温度与炭黑的含量呈正比。当炭黑含量为3%时,LDPE/CB复合材料获得了最佳改性效果,LDPE/CB复合材料综合性能为最好。

Abstract:LDPE is one kind of widely used polymer material,but its shortcomings are that thermal stability is not high with low degree of hardness,and easy to submit,and so on.This article,adding carbon black to low density polyethylene,studies the low density polyethylene∕ carbon black compound material in which the different carbon black content influences its mechanics performance and heat performance.It discovers that the carbon black content grows as well as the longitudinal strength increases and the same between the heat-resisting temperature and the carbon black content.When the carbon content is 3%,the performance of LDPE/CB composite materials is the best.So,the integrated performance of LDPE/CB composite materials is improvement.
