| 摘 要： | 高校是突发公共卫生事件的多发地,也是政府公共卫生管理的重要组成部分。随着高等教育的迅速发展,在校学生急剧增加,高校公共卫生管理面临着新的问题:公共卫生人员不足、管理水平滞后、健康教育缺失、突发公共卫生事件时有发生等。依法规范高校公共卫生管理,建设一支高素质的公共卫生队伍及健康教师队伍,完善高校公共卫生管理制度和疫情报告网络,实行责任追究制度是解决当前高校公共卫生难题的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Colleges,where emergent events of public health occur frequently,are intensively supervised by the government public health administration.With the rapid development of higher education and dramatically increasing number of college students,the public health administration in colleges has met the new challenges such as the shortage of the staff,the lagged-behind management level,the defects of the health education,and frequent occurrence of emergent public health events etc.The crucial solutions to the present public health problems include the regulation of the public health administration in colleges according to laws,the organization of the public health staff and health supervisors with high qualities,the perfection of public health management in colleges,in addition with the establishment of the network for epidemic situation report and the accountability system. |
