| Abstract: | During Yen-You period(from 1086 to 1093AD) of North Song Dynasty,the imperial court abolished most measures of Xifeng Reform,but continued carrying out the Neighbored Administrative System and made some improvement in content and style.We should have a objective evaluation of the Neighborhood Administrative System during Yen-You Period. |
